    TASKS

    • Assisting in drafting pitch presentations and marketing documents

    • Supporting the crafting of all relevant transaction documents including teaser, investor and management presentations as well as additional company documents

    • Providing support on general company, industry and market analysis

    • Playing a supportive role during due diligence processes incl. set-up of the virtual data room and Q&A process

    • General support during day-to-day activities

    REQUIREMENTS

    • In the process of completing a university degree (Bachelor's or Master's) and preferably have already gained some experience in the field of Corporate Finance

    • Commitment and willingness to learn new things and put them into practice

    • Passion for entrepreneurship  and driven to solve complex issues, keen on getting to work and digging into the details to achieve the best possible result for our clients

    • Experience in using Mircosoft Office incl. PowerPoint, Excel and Word, and willingness to learn new and relevant skills for creating the relevant documents

    • Do not shy away from direct client contact whether in the virtual world via video calls or physical meetings

    • Fluent in English and German

    • Social Media Management: Oversee and create content (photo and video) for our social media channels (i.e. LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) of Avalon and the management, enhancing brand visibility and client engagement 

    • Company Newsletter: Manage content creation, editing, and distribution of our firm’s newsletter 

    • Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of networking and marketing events 

    • Project Management Support: Assist the team in various ongoing projects, ensuring smooth operations across the organisation 

    • Content Creation for International Events: Cover global networking and marketing events through high-quality photo, video, and blog content 

    • Office Management Duties: Take charge of essential office tasks to ensure efficient daily operations and team-support 

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Enrolled in a university program (preferably in Business, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or related fields) 

    • Experience in social media management and content creation (i.e. photo and video-editing as well as blog management)  

    • Interest in Mergers & Acquisitions and Growth Capital with an understanding of the consumer and healthcare sectors 

    • Experience in social media management and content creation (photo/video/blog) 

    • Excellent communication skills in German (fluent) and English (fluent) – any additional language is a plus 

    • Organised, proactive, and able to multitask effectively 

    • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud and social media tools

    • Coordinating due diligence processes from setting up the virtual data room to managing the Q&A process

    • Providing in-depth company, industry and market analysis with a strong emphasis on our core sectors (consumer and healthcare)
