LVATE Move - Community recovery run

Munich, early October. While the city was buzzing with brass music and beer gardens, we traded the tents for a quiet morning outside. Together with LVATE Face Aesthetics, we joined their Wiesn Recovery Guide and turned the spirit of celebration into a movement of calm.

The idea: to bring people together through running — not for speed, but for recovery.

Guided by Nicki Lange, who shared his learnings from running across mountains and deserts, and joined by Priv.-Doz. Dr. med. Anne Gürtler and Dr. Lukas H. Kohler, the morning unfolded as a collective reset. Conversations about mindful routines, reduced inflammation, and conscious movement shaped the rhythm of the run.

It was less about competition, more about connection — exploring how movement can ground us, recharge us, and prepare us for what’s ahead.

Thank you to LVATE for creating space for this kind of dialogue — and to everyone who joined, in running shoes or in spirit.
