For Avalon Advisory, our first season as a sponsoring partner of Rot-Weiss Essen in 2024/2025 was a heartfelt project with a strong focus on community and networking. Together with ten other Essen-based companies, we share a box at the legendary Hafenstraße, home of Rot-Weiss Essen– and experience firsthand what team spirit, local identity, and meaningful exchange truly mean.
