Our work is confined to consumer, healthcare and technology. These are sectors we have followed closely for years, and in which conviction is earned rather than assumed. We answer to no institution, and our advice is owed to our clients alone.

Behind our partners stands a selected team of advisers who work on every mandate. That deliberate restraint is what allows a partner to lead each engagement, and what allows us to decline the mandates we are not the right firm to advise on.

Our network reaches the strategic acquirers, family offices and institutional investors who matter in our sectors, in Europe and beyond. Most of our mandates cross at least one border, and are run as a matter of course.
