Falk Ewaldsen

Falk Ewaldsen is Managing Partner at Avalon, where he focuses on project execution and developing strategies that maximise transaction outcomes.

He has worked for Al Ramz Capital, Commerzbank, DC Advisory and Transfer Partners, successfully leading numerous M&A projects with a focus on the healthcare, technology and consumer sectors.

Falk is also the founder of GP Days, a pan-European motorsport and automotive platform. After scaling the business in partnership with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers such as Bilstein and various manufacturers, he executed a majority sale of the company to a DACH-based Family Office. His own Exit gives him a unique perspective that few advisors possess — having personally built, grown and sold a business himself.

He studied at Hult International Business School in London and speaks German, English and French.

NICKI LANGE

Nicki Lange is Managing Partner at Avalon, where he looks after the strategic positioning, developing of cohesive equity stories and leading the investor dialogue.

Prior, he managed several M&A transactions in the consumer and technology sector for Lincoln International as well as worked as a strategy consultant in the e-commerce and media sector. Nicki grew up within an entrepreneurial surrounding and accompanied the sale of his family’s logistics company.

Nicki is an ultra-distance runner and completed several ultra-trails, including Ultra-Trail du Mont Blanc, Marathon Des Sables and The Speed Project. Through his activities, he has been able to work for numerous blue-chip companies and engages in public speaking events.

He studied at Hult International Business School in London and at IE Business School in Madrid, and speaks German, English, Spanish and French.
