Avalon’s lounge partnership at Rot-Weiss Essen has become a meeting place for our network — where we bring together clients and investors to advance projects, align on strategies, and exchange ideas. The informal atmosphere of a matchday often offers the perfect backdrop to strengthen partnerships and spark new initiatives.
Football is more than just a game. It’s emotion, passion – and a powerful connector on and off the pitch. For Avalon Advisory, our first season as a sponsoring partner of Rot-Weiss Essen in 2024/2025 was a heartfelt project with a strong focus on community and networking. Together with ten other Essen-based companies, we share a box at the legendary Hafenstraße, home of Rot-Weiss Essen– and experience firsthand what team spirit, local identity, and meaningful exchange truly mean.
The season had two very different halves: the first was challenging for RWE, while the second showed real improvement. Moments like these remind us that football often mirrors business life – not every phase is easy, but with the right mindset, teamwork, and support, resilience grows. A perspective we also bring into our daily advisory work with clients.
In our lounge, it’s not just the score that counts. Reliability, mutual respect, and long-term relationships matter most. The match is the occasion – but the community is the real value. We’ve had inspiring conversations, gained fresh perspectives, and built connections that strengthen our local network. After our first season with RWE, we’re drawing a very positive conclusion. This partnership is more than visibility – it’s a commitment to cohesion, regional identity, and entrepreneurial responsibility. We’re looking forward to the next season, to new encounters – and to many more goals at Hafenstraße.
